500 gram passerade tomater

2 dl vatten

1/2 gul lök

2 st pressade vitlöksklyftor

2 dl créme fraiché (34%) + möjligen lite vispgrädde

1 st grönsaksbuljongtärning

2 tsk torkad basilika eller italienska frusna kryddor

1 nypa socker


Hacka och fräs löken lätt i en kastrull utan att den tar färg. Blanda ned övriga ingredienser.

Koka sakta 5-10 min. Smaka av.
