Coconut oil/quark spirulina mash

Ingredients:

1/3 of a banana
1 tablespoon coconut oil (start with less to get the body accustomed (1 teaspoon) – up to 2-4 tablespoons per day is beneficial)
1-2 tablespoons quark (full fat)
1/2 teaspoon crushed flax seeds or one teaspoon flaxseed oil (high in good fats)

Optional powders and ingredients:
1/2 tsp berry powder
1/3 tsp wheat grass or barley grass powder
1/4 tsp spirulina powder or less

(There is a range of powders to chose form such as Hemp seed powder (good fats) or Maca root (adaptogen), protein powders, prebiotica or probiotica powders, etc.)

Topping:
Whole flax seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Hamp seeds
berries

Mash banana (I use a fork), add in coconut oil and mash together. Add in the quark (or Greek yoghurt). Add the powers (and potentially the line seed oil) and blend/mash it together. I like this cooled and sometimes stuff it in the freezer for a minute or two.
Serve with a topping of choice e.g. Pumpkin seeds, whole line seeds and or hampseed hearts etc.

If served as dessert substitute and skip the green powders (maca root is delicious though).

The spirulina is good for you as it contains enzymes that help digestion, high quality aminoacids.. and it is an Alkalizing type of food..
