Spinach stew and salmon

Spinach 4-5 dl
lots of Philadelphia cheese 1-2 dl
Cream – full fat 1-2 dl

Defrost the spinach, put in a pot with roughly 25 gram butter or deodorized non-hydrogenated coconut oil , get rid of excess water, add cream and cheese and bring to boil. Add salt and pepper and potentially some nutmeg and garlic

Salmon
Red union – roughly chopped
Butter + coconut oil
Lemon

Dry of the water from the salmon and fry on medium high heat in the butter with coconut oil. Add in the red onions so they just get 5 min or so in the pan. Grind some salt and pepper on the salmon and serve with a piece of lemon on the side. Crispy on top just about done inside.
