Ham an feta cheese omelette

Put a little click of butter in a pan. Add one slice of parma type ham in pieces, two to three eggs. Let it fry for a minute or two before poking whole of the yolks, to get the white done sooner then the yolks. Add black pepper, a few cherry tomatoes, some feta cheese or goat cheese or brie, lots of parsley (the organic strong taste kind). Hold the salt.
