Cabbage and spicy sausage casserole

Slice white cabbage as thinly as possible (easier with a mandolin  with a knife or even thinner with a cheese cutter if you have the time. There should preferably long cabbage threads resembling spaghetti almost.

Add in to a deep pot together with chopped yellow onions, chopped garlic, butter and coconut oil, and some sambal olek/chili.

Let it soften for a while and add in the whipped cream and a little bit of black cumin. Add in some spicy sausages and finally some small bouquets of broccoli just before serving. 20130107-114006.jpg
