Rich scrambled eggs

Add some butter and some coconut oil to a pan. Pour in some double cream, pepper and two eggs. Start stirring immediately while adding some heat.  When the mix start coming together grizzle over some ground cheese and blend and chop over some chives just before serving.

My preferred proportions are roughly:

1 tbs butter and 1 tbs melted coconut oil

0.5 dl double cream

2 eggs

2-3 tbs ground cheese

1 tbs chopped chives (while serving – no heating)
