Cauliflower soup with bacon

2 yellow onions
2 Garlics
Butter
1 cauwliflower head
Sambal olek
Chicken stock
Water
Double cream
Philadelphia cream cheese

Add a good chunk of butter to a big pot. Add the chopped onions and garlic cloves. Let them roast slowly.
Add in the coarsely chopped cauwliflower and keep stirring. Adds few cups of chicken stock, some sambal olek, pepper and let simmer.
Finally add the cream and mix the soup with a hand held food processor or something.
Add in the cream cheese and potentially some parsley right during serving.
I added some pine nuts, but walnuts may be even nicer. Do not heat walnuts too much and the parsley as little as possible.
