Grilled veggies salad with parmesan dressing and almond coated feta cheese


1 whole egg

1 tsp dijon mustard

2 roosted and then chopped garlic cloves

1 pick of salt


1 tbs lemon juice

1/2 dl grated parmesan cheese

2 anchovies/(sardeller) if you like

salt & Pepper

3 dl 26 °C Coconut oil (no flavor and barely melted)

Mix all the ingredient and make sure they are all room temperatured /similar in temperature. Slowly add some of the liquid coconut oil, start out slower in the start.

Serve with grilled zucchini, eggplant, red bell pepper, leafy salad, radishes and creamy feta cheese coated in chopped almonds.
