Chia vanilla “pudding

20130625-180346.jpgGently heat some full fat milk, flavor with some pure vanilla extract, cardamon and stevia. Add in a few tbsp of chia seeds and let sit for an hour then place in the fridge over night. 2 dl liquid needs roughly 0.5 dl chia seeds… to little will make it very lose but still tasty, too much will make it too thick.  Flavor the mix as you like really.

I actually tried this with also added in a little gelatin the other day. Like a crossing between a pannacotta and chia seed pudding but made of milk, vanilla extracts, cardamum, stevia and some erythritol (sweeteners). Lovely, the gelly covered little seeds with the louse vanilla cardamum sauce…
