Cauwliflower with bacon bits and butter fried parasol mushrooms

1 small cauwliflower chopped up coarsely, add this into a pot with a teaspoon coconut oil or butter.
Add some pepper and 1 tsp double cream. Fry quickly while stirring, add in 1-2 tsp of Dijon mustard and 1 tbsp Philadelphia cream cheese. Keep stirring. At the end add in chopped fresh leaks and at serving sprinkle over lots of fresh parsley (try not to heat up the parsley).
Serve with fried bacon and delicious butter fried parasol mushrooms (Stolt fjällskivling in swedish).
