Breakfast toast/flat bread

2 eggs
0,7 dl water
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp psyllium seed husk
2 Tbsp coconut flour or other fiber (such as pofiber or hemp husk flour)
1/2 tsp baking soda
Mix all ingredients except baking soda, let sit for 10 minutes, add the baking soda and fry in a pan. Turn the oven on at low temp and place the breads in there for a while to finish baking.
