Panna cotta

3 dl double cream

1 tsp gelatin powder

Vanilla (half a pod and maybe some cinnamon and cardamon pods) or other flavour

Stevia/erythritol sweetner

1 Tbsp cold water

Mix the gelatin and cold water, let sit for 5 min.

Bring the cream and vanilla to boil in a pot (1-2 minutes) add the sweetener (after this) and remove from heat. Add the gelatin and whisk vigorously for a few minutes.

Pour into cups or a bowl and let settle in the fridge or at least 2 hours.
