Broccoli cheddar cheese dip

mix 

Grated cheddar cheese

Philadelphia type cheese

Sour cream

Frozen broccoli (properly thawed)

Garlic powder, herbes de Provence, salt, pepper.

Mix properly and bake in the oven until melted!

Kefir cheese

I made batch of strong kefir (using kefir grains) on full fat milk separated it from the kefir grains and poured it into a coffee filter on top of a jar and let it drop trough so that the liquid separated into the cheese (on top) and whey fraction.

Improved gummy bears

Pour 3 dl cranberry juice (room temp) in to a steal or porcelain bowl

Add some some stevia and ascorbic acid (vitamin C) or citric acid

Add 2 dl gelatin powder – All at once! and whisk vigorously.

Add 2 dl boiling water (pour over all, then blend until everything is dissolved)

Pour liquid into a steel, glass or porsin mold and let cool in fridge for 5 hours. Then pull out the entire “gummy bear” and cut into pieces.

Cockie dough treat

1 dl almond milk

1 egg

1 Tbsp vanilla whey protein powder

1 tsp coconut oil

2 tsp psyllium seed husk

Salt

Whip together in a pot over heat until right consistency 

Thyme glassed brusslesprouts with poached eggs, Parmesan and hollanday sauce

half al dente cooked brusslesprouts and mix with thyme, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and stevia, salt&pepper.

Sauce: 1 egg and 150g butter, some avocado oil, lemon juice, salt. 

Coconut gingerbread spice panna cotta

4 dl coconut milk

2 tsp gingerbread spice (pepparkakskryddor )

1 dl coconut milk + 1.5 Tbsp gelatin powder

2 Tbsp sweetener

Mix the 1 dl coconut milk and gelatin in a cup.

Heat renaming coconut milk and spices. Bring to boil, set aside and add gelatin mix. Whisk vigorously and add sweetener. Let settle in the fridge for a few hours.
