Improved gummy bears

Pour 3 dl cranberry juice (room temp) in to a steal or porcelain bowl

Add some some stevia and ascorbic acid (vitamin C) or citric acid

Add 2 dl gelatin powder – All at once! and whisk vigorously.

Add 2 dl boiling water (pour over all, then blend until everything is dissolved)

Pour liquid into a steel, glass or porsin mold and let cool in fridge for 5 hours. Then pull out the entire “gummy bear” and cut into pieces.
