Jummy mayonnaise 

Mikrowave/melt 100g butter in a glass jar. Add 1 dl cold pressed rape seed oil. 0.3 dl avocado oil and 0.3 dl olive oil. Crack two room tempered eggs into the jar and make sure the yolks reach the bottom of the jar. Add 2 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar. 1 Tbsp mustard. 2 drops of stevia. 1/3 tsp salt and some pepper. Mix with an immersion blender, firmly placed at the bottom, on the egg yolks. Mix until smooth.
