Jonnys creamy Dijon chicken

800 g chicken 

Salt & pepper

25g butter for frying

3 garlic cloves

1 yellow onion

2dl dry white wine

2 dl creme fraiche

3 dl cream

3 Tbsp dried tarragon

2 Tbsp chicken stock (fond)

2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

Full grain rice or other side dish

Fry the chicken brown in a hot frying pan. Put to the side and gently fry chopped onion and garlic for about 5 minutes. Add wine, creme fraiche, cream and spices. Add the chicken back and let get warm. Salt & pepper to taste.
